Cancellation Policy

You can take files out of the bag, or empty it, any time before you pay. Nothing is charged for that, and you do not need to tell us. This page is about an order the card has already paid for.

Before the download

If the payment has gone through and you have not downloaded the files, you can ask us to cancel. Email as soon as you decide. Include the email address you typed at checkout and say which order you mean. If the files have not been downloaded, we cancel the order and send the money back to the same card.

Do not click the download while you are waiting for that reply. Once the files have been saved, we treat the order as delivered and we cannot cancel it. Closing the laptop is not the same as not downloading. If the browser already saved the zip, the order is delivered.

One file out of several

If you bought a pack and you have not downloaded any of it, we can cancel the whole order. We do not split a paid pack into “keep these, cancel those” after checkout. If you only wanted some of the files, cancel before you download, then place a new order for the ones you still want. The bag will price that new count on its own.

After the download

A finished download cannot be cancelled. If the file will not open, or it is not the design on the page, that is a refund question, not a cancellation. The Refund Policy says which of those we can help with.

A payment that never finished

If you closed the payment page, or the card was declined, there is no order to cancel. You will not be charged for a payment that did not complete. If your bank shows a pending amount that never becomes a completed payment, that pending line is released by the bank. We do not place the files on hold for it.

How to write

Email info@cadverseengineering.com with the subject “Cancel order” and the checkout email in the body. We reply to that address. If you use a different inbox, say so, but we still need the checkout email to find the payment.
