Delivery Policy

Everything in the CAD Verse Shop is a digital, 3D-printable design file, so there is no physical courier or shipping involved. This page explains exactly how and when you will receive your order.

How Orders Are Delivered

Once you place an order through WhatsApp or email and your payment is confirmed, we send the download files (STL and any related assets) directly to the email address or WhatsApp number you used to check out. No physical address or courier is needed for these digital products.

Delivery Timeframe

Most orders are delivered within a few hours during our normal working hours, and always within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If your order is unusually large or customized, we will let you know a realistic timeframe before you complete the purchase.

What You Receive

You will receive the print-ready STL file(s) for the product(s) you purchased, along with any bundled preview images referenced on the product page. Files are yours to keep and reprint for personal or agreed use; please see our Terms & Conditions for usage details.

If Something Goes Wrong

If you have not received your files within 24 hours, or a file appears corrupted or incomplete, contact us right away at info@cadverseengineering.com or WhatsApp with your order details, and we will resend or troubleshoot the issue promptly.
