Delivery Policy

Last updated: October 2026

The shop sells files. There is no box, no courier, and no address to type in. Delivery means the files are ready for you to download after the payment is confirmed.

Right after you pay

When the card payment succeeds, the order page shows a download for the files in that order. Save them to your computer before you close the page. A phone browser will sometimes drop a large zip into a downloads folder you do not check. If you are not sure it saved, download it once more from the same page, or email us and we will send it again.

The email you typed at checkout is the one we use if we have to resend. Please check that it is spelled correctly before you pay. We cannot guess a different inbox later.

What you should find in the download

For a single product, you get the STL for that design. If the listing says the model is split into parts, those parts are included. For a pack, you get one file set for each design you selected. The pictures on the product page are there so you can see the shape. They are not a separate download of working design files unless the page says they are.

Open the STL in your slicer and check the size before you start a long print. You can scale it. We do not lock the file to one printer brand.

How long the download stays available

Save a copy of your own. Do not rely on the checkout page staying open. If you lose the files later, email us with the checkout address and we will send that order again, as long as we still sell those designs or still have the files from your order. We do not charge a second time for a resend of the same order.

If something is wrong with the delivery

Write to info@cadverseengineering.com if the download button does nothing, the zip will not open, or a part the page described is not in the folder. Tell us the email from checkout and which product it was. We answer by email and send a fresh copy. Check the spam folder first. A lot of download mail ends up there.

What you are allowed to do with the files after they arrive is in the Terms and Conditions.
