These terms apply whenever you use the CAD Verse Engineering website, browse the CAD Verse Shop, or place an order with us. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to the points below. If anything here is unclear, reach out to us before ordering and we will gladly explain.

Who We Are

CAD Verse Engineering (also referred to on this site as “CAD Verse”) is an engineering and product design business based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. We provide CAD/CAM design, design for manufacturing (DFM), 3D printing, prototyping, mass manufacturing, product rendering, and a curated shop of downloadable 3D-printable design files.

Products and Descriptions

We do our best to keep every product description, image, and price accurate and up to date. Colors, proportions, and print results may vary slightly depending on your own printer, materials, and settings. If you notice anything on the site that seems incorrect or misleading, please tell us and we will correct it.

Pricing and Payment

Shop prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for customers in Pakistan, with an approximate international price shown for reference to customers browsing from outside Pakistan. Orders are confirmed and paid for through the checkout methods listed on the shop (currently WhatsApp or email), and an order is only processed once payment has been confirmed on our end.

Use of Purchased Files

When you buy a digital design file from the CAD Verse Shop, you are purchasing a personal license to download and 3D print that design. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload the raw design files to another marketplace without our written permission. You are welcome to sell physical prints you make from the files unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.

Delivery, Refunds, and Cancellations

Digital files are delivered by email or WhatsApp after payment is confirmed, as described in our Delivery Policy. Refund and cancellation eligibility is explained in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable Use

We do not sell, list, or promote any illegal, restricted, counterfeit, or unsafe items on this website. You agree not to use our services to request or produce content or products that are illegal, infringe on someone else's rights, or violate applicable Pakistani law. We reserve the right to decline any order that we reasonably believe falls into these categories.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, product photography, and design files remain the property of CAD Verse Engineering unless otherwise stated. Client-supplied files and specifications for custom engineering work remain the property of the respective client.

Limitation of Liability

We work carefully to deliver accurate files and reliable engineering services, but we cannot guarantee that every 3D-printed result will be identical across different printers and materials, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our files or services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
