Terms and Conditions

These terms are for the CAD Verse file shop at shop.cadverseengineering.com. They apply when you look through the files, put them in the bag, pay, and download. The engineering site, where people ask us to design or prototype a product, is a different service and is not covered on this page.

If you pay for a file, you are agreeing to these terms. If something here is unclear before you pay, email us first. It is easier to explain a line than to undo a download.

Who runs the shop

The shop is run by CAD Verse Engineering, based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. On the shop we sell downloadable 3D design files. We do not print and post the objects from this shop. If you want a printed part made for you, that is arranged through the engineering site, not through a product page here.

What a product page is selling

Each listing is a digital file, usually an STL, sometimes with more than one part if the design is split for printing. The title, the short description, and the photos tell you which design you are getting. The photos are examples. They are not a promise that your print will match the colour, the surface, or the exact size in the picture. Colour depends on the filament you load. Surface depends on layer height, speed, and how clean the printer is.

If a page lists one file, that is what you download. If a page is a set, the download includes the files named on that page. Preview images on the site are not a second product and are not included as editable source files unless the listing says so.

Price

The price on a product card is the price of that one file. If you add more files to the bag, the bag total changes to the pack price for that number of files. The pack amounts are listed on the pricing page. The figure in the bag at checkout is the figure you pay. We do not add a shipping charge, because nothing is shipped.

We can correct a price that was posted by mistake before payment. If you have already paid a wrong amount, email us with the order and we will look at it.

Payment

You pay by card at checkout. An order only exists once the payment is confirmed. If the card is declined, if the payment page is closed before it finishes, or if the payment is later reversed, we do not release the files. Please use an email address you can open. That is how we match the order if you need the download sent again.

Your licence

You are buying permission to download the files and print them. You are not buying the design itself. You may print as many copies as you like for your own home. You may also sell the physical objects you print, in a shop or at a market, without asking us first.

You may not sell the files, give the download to someone else, upload them to another website, or include them in a bundle you charge for. You may not take the mesh, change it a little, and sell that file as your own. If you want a wider licence, for example to hand the file to a print farm that is not you, email us before you do it.

Your printer

The files are made to be opened in a normal slicer such as Cura, PrusaSlicer, or Bambu Studio. We do not supply a printer profile. You choose the layer height, infill, supports, and brim. A print that lifts off the bed, strings, or looks rough because of those settings is not a broken file. If the STL will not open at all, or a part that the page promised is missing from the zip, that is on us. Write to us and we will replace the file or refund that item, as set out in the refund policy.

Delivery, refunds, and cancellations

The shop itself

The name, the logo, the words on the pages, and the product photos belong to CAD Verse Engineering. Please do not copy the shop layout or the photos onto another store. The design files stay ours even after you buy a print licence.

Do not use the shop to ask for files that copy someone else's product, or for anything illegal to make or sell where you live. We can refuse an order if we think that is what is being asked.

If we change these terms

If we change this page, the date at the top changes with it. An order you already paid for keeps the terms that were on the site when you paid. The new wording applies to the next order.
